COVID-19 UPDATE

Further Northumberland Covid restrictions announced this week unfortunately means that we can't now celebrate on September 26th with a live programme of music, dance and the Allendale Wolf.  However, don't despair!  We're busy putting together an online package to run on the same day. Look out for announcements on the AVFF Facebook page in the next couple of days.

PLEASE SUPPORT OUR ARTISTS AND OUR CHARITY

This year we're encouraging our online audience to donate to Allen Valleys Folk Festival. Half the funds collected will be distributed to the people who've made this year's event possible - musicians, artists and craftsmen responsible for the fantastic Allendale Wolf. The remaining half will be donated to this year's chosen charity - The Motor Neurone Disease Association. You can donate via the Paypal link on our Facebook page.

A BIT OF HISTORY

Established in 2014, Allen Valleys Folk Festival is a three day event celebrating the best in folk music, traditional dance and workshops. Not forgetting the spectacular community event in Allendale Market Square on the  Saturday - the burning of a wooden sculpture representing the legendary Allendale Wolf.
